Terms and Conditions

Bowling Rules and Guidelines:

  • Bowling shoes are mandatory and can be rented on-site.
  • We recommend that children below the age of 14 years are supervised by authorized adults.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, whether you have a reservation or not.
  • Disabled Access: Not all of our lanes are accessible. Please make your booking online and email us at info@strike.lu to ensure we assign you an accessible lane.
  • No shows will not be refunded or provided with credit.
  • If you are unable to attend your reservation, email info@strike.lu at least 24 hours before your booking. We are happy to reschedule free of charge, but we do not offer refunds. Reschedule and credit requests will only be processed via email.

Terms of Sale:

ARTICLE 1. Application and Enforceability of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the relationship between YOYO S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Seller") and its Customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Client"). These conditions are accessible on the Company’s website and are presented clearly for the Client to read and understand before making a reservation.
  2. By clicking on the “General Terms of Sale” link and proceeding with a booking, the Client agrees to fully comply with these terms, excluding any other documents, such as brochures or catalogs from the Seller, which serve only for informational purposes.
  3. No particular condition or general conditions from the Client can, without express agreement from YOYO S.A., take precedence over these conditions.
  4. Any opposing conditions proposed by the Client shall not be binding on YOYO S.A. unless expressly accepted, no matter when they may have been brought to its attention.
  5. The fact that YOYO S.A. does not enforce any of these conditions at any given time shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce these conditions later.

ARTICLE 2. Birthday Reservation:

  1. The Client agrees to accurately complete the reservation form.
  2. Every reservation request is subject to YOYO S.A.'s approval. The Company reserves the right to refuse any reservation due to insufficient stock, production or management capacity, incomplete information, or any other valid legal reason.
  3. The Client will receive an email confirmation at the provided email address. The reservation is only confirmed and binding once the email is received by the Client.
  4. The Client has the right to modify the reservation up to 15 days before the scheduled date and time (subject to availability). After this deadline, no changes will be possible except for adding more children or extras. All modification requests must be made via email at info@strike.lu or by phone.
  5. Cancellations within 15 days of the event will not be refunded or credited to any gift or client card. However, it is possible to reschedule for a later date, excluding weekends and holidays.
  6. Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will result in the full amount being credited to the Client's card or a gift card.
  7. Any confirmed reservation, as per point 2.3, is considered final, except in cases of force majeure. YOYO S.A. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or delay reservations without compensation due to:
    • The occurrence of a force majeure event or exceptional circumstance;
    • Inadequate notice for the reservation based on production or preparation constraints.

ARTICLE 3. Pricing:

  1. Prices shown on the reservation form are in euros (€), inclusive of VAT. All additional costs (e.g., customs duties, taxes, delivery fees) are borne by the Client. YOYO S.A. reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, the price listed at the time of reservation will be the only applicable price.
  2. The Client is responsible for accurately completing the reservation form. If this is not done, YOYO S.A. reserves the right to charge additional fees payable on-site.
  3. During holidays and national holidays, a surcharge will be applied for reservations made during the week.

ARTICLE 4. Payment:

  1. Payment must be made in full online via credit card (Visa or Mastercard). No discounts for early payment are applied. Clients may request an invoice via email at info@strike.lu.
  2. The transaction currency is the Euro. The amount deducted from the credit card account depends on the exchange rate and potential foreign exchange fees from the issuing bank.
  3. Orders must be fully paid to be processed. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
  4. Payments are processed securely via our partner, Mollie B.V..

ARTICLE 5. Products:

  1. Product availability is indicative and may vary on the day of the reservation. YOYO S.A. is not responsible for unavailable products, and they may be replaced with similar products upon agreement with the Client.
  2. Images and visuals of products are non-contractual, and YOYO S.A. is not liable if the products differ from the representations shown online.

ARTICLE 6. Claims and Dispute Resolution:

The Client agrees to resolve any complaints amicably with YOYO S.A.'s support team. In case of unresolved disputes, the Client can approach the National Consumer Association.

ARTICLE 7. Personal Data:

YOYO S.A. processes personal data in compliance with the GDPR and local data protection laws. Data is used to manage orders, customer relations, and promotional activities. For any inquiries or issues related to GDPR, please contact:
